This item is printed by our trusted printing partner in California. They are made to order and have a processing turnaround before they ship. This item has a production turnaround of 9-10 business days. Production turnaround is the time it takes my printing partner to print, package, and ship your product. Shipping time is additional to production time.
Due to the made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive your order and feel there is a defect or the product arrived damaged, please take a picture and keep the package/envelope it came in. Send me an message with a picture of the damage/defect within 7 days of delivery. If it is determined it is a defect or damaged, we will have the exact item ordered re-made and re-shipped to the same address on the original order.
