What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for our main payment processor. It is a convenient and trustworthy online payment provider. Its default payment methods are credit and debit cards. However, you can also pay via Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Klarna, etc. We also accept payment through Paypal.

Are all of your items in stock?

We do offer many ready to ship items(processing time is normally 3-5 business days plus shipping transit time). We also offer pre-order and made to order/dropship items. If the item is pre-order or made to order, it will be noted in the product listing.

Where are you located?

Our studio is located in Texas, but we are strictly an online store and do not have a physical location.

What does pre-order mean?

It means we are taking orders ahead of purchasing the product. As a small, micro business this is a way for us to offer more products and be able to fund them in advance of purchasing them and helps cut-down on waste.

What does Made to Order mean?

These are items that we design with our trust manufacturing partners and the item ships directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer these items without pre-purchasing stock. We partner with manufacturers in China, Canada, Vietnam, Australia, and the US.

What is Stripe?

Stripe is our payment processor. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 service provider and is certified annually by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor against all PCI DSS requirements.
