Production Turnaround

All of the items noted above, except our die cut acrylic keychains, are produced by me the artist and owner of Darling Ghoul in my studio in Texas.

My die cut keychains are ordered in bulk from my printing partner in China, but ship from my studio in Texas.

All of these items carry a production and/or processing turnaround before they ship. This is currently 3-5 business days(Monday-Friday, non holiday).

Shipping Turnaround

All orders for items in this section ship from our studio in Texas. All shipping is standard and varies based on destination. To most locations in the USA it would be 4-8 business days estimated. To remote areas of the US(Hawaii, Alaska etc..), the turnaround can be up to 14 days(estimated). International shipping to Canada and Australia can take 15-30 days.

Stickers only ship to the contiguous USA at this time, but we hope to open it up to more markets.

Free sticker shipping will ship via a first class envelope and does not come with tracking.

Production Turnaround

This is the time it takes our production/printing partners to print and construct your items and have them ready for shipping. Production takes an estimated 2-4 weeks(not including shipping transit turnaround). See product listings for specific product production turnarounds for these items. Shipping transit turnaround is additional to the production turnaround.

This varies from item to item and will be noted within the listing. We partner with trusted manufacturers in the USA, Canada, China, and Vietnam to produce some of our items that are out of the scope of what we can produce in a small home studio.
