This item is printed by me in my studio in Texas. They are made to order and have a processing turnaround before they ship. Current Turnarounds for shipping and production can be found here. Processing turnaround is the time it takes me to print, laminate, cut, package, and drop your item off with the courier for shipping. Shipping time is additional to processing time.
Due to the made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive your order and feel there is a defect or the product arrived damaged, please take a picture and keep the package/envelope it came in. Send us a message with a picture of the damage/defect within 7 days of delivery. If it is determined it is a defect or damaged, I will print and ship a re-make of the item.
Color variances are not a defect. I do not re-make orders for color variances. Please read the description fully and ask any questions prior to placing an order-I am happy to assist with any questions. I add the dimensions and material details within the listing, so I do not issue re-makes if the size or material is not what you expected.
