This is the time it takes our production/printing partners to print and construct your items and have them ready for shipping. Production takes an estimated 2-4 weeks(not including shipping transit turnaround). See product listings for specific product production turnarounds Shipping transit turnaround is additional to the production turnaround.

Shipping is for our standard delivery methods. Standard shipping can take an estimated 15-30 business days(after production) for items shipping from one of our China printing partners or 5-12 business days(after production) for items shipping from a USA printing partner. Please note that shipping is still experiencing issues due to the pandemic and other world events, so these are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery times. To get total estimated turnaround please factor in production turnaround plus shipping turnaround.
We currently only ship to Canada and the US.
Remote areas may incur additional shipping fees by our carriers not available at time of order placement. This is beyond our control and will be assessed before processing the order for production. In the event that the amount is more than the fee charged for shipping, we will send you an email and give you the option of paying that remote location fee or canceling the order.
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that our printers are located in the US, UK, and in China. The listing will include the shipping country of origin(either the US, UK, or China).

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom and made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We of course will replace/re-make any items with manufacturing defects at our cost. If you receive your order and feel there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrived damaged, please take a picture and keep the box it came in. Send us a message through our contact form here with a picture of the damage/defect within 7 business days of delivery. If it is determined it is a manufacturing defect we will issue a re-make of the item. The item will be re-made and re-shipped to you, but no refunds are possible due to the item being made to order.

Color variances are not a defect. We do not re-make orders for color variances, as there is no way to provide color guarantees as they vary from device to device and from your monitor to the final printed item. Please read the description fully and ask any questions prior to placing an order if you have questions about the product, product sizing, or product materials. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. The dimensions and fabric material details will be listed in the product description. Colors also vary from item to item due to different substrates/materials being used.

We take chargebacks very seriously. Chargebacks are not a venue for resolving issues with an order. We are charged fees on top of the amount paid for the item.
