Return Policy/Terms and Conditions

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom and made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We of course will replace/re-make any items with manufacturing defects at our cost. If you receive your order and feel there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrived damaged, please take a picture and keep the box it came in. Send us a message through our contact form here with a picture of the damage/defect within 7 business days of delivery. If it is determined it is a manufacturing defect we will issue a re-make of the item. The item will be re-made and re-shipped to you, but no refunds are possible due to the item being made to order.

COLOR POLICY

Color variances are not a defect. We do not re-make orders for color variances, as there is no way to provide color guarantees as they vary from device to device and from your monitor to the final printed item. Please read the description fully and ask any questions prior to placing an order if you have questions about the product, product sizing, or product materials. We are happy to answer any questions you may  have. The dimensions and fabric material details will be listed in the product description. Colors also vary from item to item due to different substrates/materials being used.

CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as orders can go into production quickly after the order has been received.  Please send us a message if you have any questions about a product and we will be happy to assist prior to you placing an order.

PROCESSING TURNAROUND

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most of our items take between 10 business days to 4 weeks to create(not including shipping transit turnaround).

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that our printers are located in the US, UK,  and in China. The listing will include the shipping country of origin(either the US, UK, or China).

You should contact your local customs office for further information, as custom policies vary from country to country.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show they have been delivered. Please make sure to provide us with a secure delivery address when placing your order.
