This crossbody bag is the perfect accessory for spooky ghouls on the go. It has an outside zipper pocket on the back of the bag and an open pocket on the outside of the bag under the front flap. Inside the bag you will find an open padded pocket on one inner wall and two open pockets on the opposite side inner wall and an open area in between. Inside area has a zipper closure. The outside flap has two magnets on the bottom corners for keeping it closed. This bag has a spooktabulous feature that allows you to remove and replace the outside front flap with a new flap in a new design. Just snap off the current flap design and snap on the new flap design and you have a new look for your bag. We will be selling flap packs and single flaps in the shop, so once you have purchased the bag you can just purchase a new flap to get a new look for your spooky bag or purchase a pack of flaps. Design is printed on the front flap only, the remaining parts of the bag and the interior are solid black.

-The outside of the back of the bag has a small zipper pocket below where you snap the flap onto the bag. It is approx. 7 inches wide by 7 inches in height.
-The outside front of the bag under the flap has an open pocket and is approx. 8 inches in height by 9 inches in width.
-Adjustable nylon shoulder strap with a 1.5" width and an approx. length of 27" min. to 51.5" max.
-Strap Shortest Setting Drop Length: approx 11.5 inches from middle of strap down to top of bag.
-Strap Longest Setting Drop Length: approx 24 inches from middle of strap down to top of bag.
-Metal Zipper Pulls are a burnished gold tone(not real gold of course) and the adjustment hardware is a silver toned(not real silver of course).
-Polyester Nylon Fabric.

PRODUCTION TURNAROUND
This is the time it takes our production/printing partners to print and construct your items and have them ready for shipping. Production takes an estimated 2-4 weeks(not including shipping transit turnaround). Shipping transit turnaround is additional to the production turnaround.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We offer flat rate shipping for all of our products.
Flat Rate Shipping to the Contiguous US is $5 per order.
Flat Rate Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $10 per order.
Flat Rate Shipping to Canada is $15 per order.
Please note that Flat Rate Shipping is for our standard delivery methods. Standard shipping can take an estimated 15-30 business days(after production) for items shipping from one of our China printing partners or 5-12 business days(after production) for items shipping from a USA printing partner. Please note that shipping is still experiencing issues due to the pandemic and other world events, so these are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery times. To get total estimated turnaround please factor in production turnaround plus shipping turnaround.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHIPPING
We currently only ship to Canada and the US.
REMOTE AREAS
Remote areas may incur additional shipping fees by our carriers not available at time of order placement. This is beyond our control and will be assessed before processing the order for production. In the event that the amount is more than the fee charged for shipping, we will send you an email and give you the option of paying that remote location fee or canceling the order.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom and made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We of course will replace/re-make any items with manufacturing defects at our cost. If you receive your order and feel there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrived damaged, please take a picture and keep the box it came in. Send us a message through our contact form here with a picture of the damage/defect within 7 business days of delivery. If it is determined it is a manufacturing defect we will issue a re-make of the item. The item will be re-made and re-shipped to you, but no refunds are possible due to the item being made to order.
COLOR POLICY
Color variances are not a defect. We do not re-make orders for color variances, as there is no way to provide color guarantees as they vary from device to device and from your monitor to the final printed item. Please read the description fully and ask any questions prior to placing an order if you have questions about the product, product sizing, or product materials. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. The dimensions and fabric material details will be listed in the product description. Colors also vary from item to item due to different substrates/materials being used.
CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as orders can go into production quickly after the order has been received. Please send us a message if you have any questions about a product and we will be happy to assist prior to you placing an order.
